logo_u_sheffield"​We are looking to appoint a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with a research interest in early crop agriculture and evolution, to complement our existing strengths in zooarchaeology, human osteology, and prehistory.

 

You will be an early career researcher, who will make a strong individual contribution to the research of the department. You will pursue a 3-year research programme with a clearly defined output (monograph or series of peer-reviewed journal articles), present your research at conferences, as opportunity arises, and act as an ambassador for the Sheffield Centre for Archaeobotany and ancient Land-usE (SCALE), Sheffield Archaeobotanical Consultancy (SAC) and the Department of Archaeology as a whole to the outside world."
